Agreement
These terms apply when you use the Annenhver website, send the contact form, or buy a service plan (including the client panel). By using the site or starting a paid engagement you accept them.
What we deliver
Annenhver offers Meta ads optimisation, AI-assisted image and video production, brand-kit work, approvals, reporting and a client panel. Scope follows the plan you choose (Starter or Professional, or a written proposal). We do not guarantee a specific ROAS, ranking or sales outcome. Ads platforms and markets change; results depend on budget, offer, creative and your approvals.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to give us access to ad accounts, brand assets and product claims. You review and approve creatives before they go live. You keep login details safe. You remain responsible for ads policy compliance on Meta and for the legality of your products.
Fees
Prices are shown on the site in the currency of the language you selected. Invoices follow the agreed plan. Unpaid invoices may pause production and panel access.
Content and IP
You keep ownership of your trademarks and source files. We keep ownership of our methods, prompts, internal tools and uncommissioned work. For paid production, you receive a licence to use the delivered creatives for your marketing, unless a written contract says otherwise. Do not scrape the panel or resell access.
AI production
Some images and videos are generated with AI tools. You should review them before publishing. We do not claim that generated faces, places or claims are photographs of real events.
Availability
We aim for a stable panel. Hosting, Meta APIs or AI providers can fail. We are not liable for downtime at those providers.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Annenhver is not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect loss. Our total liability for a paid month is limited to the fees you paid us for that month.
Termination
Either side may end an ongoing plan according to the commercial agreement. We may suspend access for unpaid fees, abuse or a platform ban.
Law
These terms are the commercial rules of the service. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still applies.
