Who we are
Annenhver provides performance marketing, Meta ads optimisation, AI-assisted creative production and a client panel. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and how you can reach us.
Controller: Annenhver. Contact: vesim94@gmail.com. Phone: +47 46366848. Website: https://annenhver.com.
Data we collect
Contact form. Name, email, phone, company and your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry.
Client accounts. If you sign in to the panel, we store the account details needed to run the service: name, email, organisation, role, language preference, and the work you do in the product (campaigns, creatives, media, reports, approvals).
Advertising data. When a client connects a Meta ad account, we process campaign metrics (spend, results, status) to show reports and to optimise ads. That data belongs to the client’s ad account.
Files. Media you upload is stored for that organisation so the team can produce and approve creatives.
Technical data. We keep basic server logs (time, path, error codes) to keep the product running. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising pixels on the public website.
Cookies and similar storage
See the Cookie Policy for the list. The public site uses a language cookie. The panel uses authentication cookies. Theme preference is stored in the browser, not as a tracking cookie.
Legal bases
We process contact-form data to take steps at your request. We process client-account and ad data to perform the service contract. Logs are processed as a legitimate interest in security and reliability.
Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the product (hosting, database, file storage, authentication, email delivery) and with Meta when you connect an ad account. We do not sell lists.
Retention
Contact messages are kept so we can follow up and keep a record of the request. Client data is kept while the organisation is active and deleted or anonymised when the account is closed, unless we must keep a record (for example invoices or legal claims).
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to processing where the law allows. Write to vesim94@gmail.com. If you have a panel account, you can also update profile and language there.
Children
The service is for businesses, not for children.
Changes
We will update this page when the practice changes. The date below is the last editorial update.
